Judy Tomlinson is back with the new, and improved, line of wearable technology made especially for women who want to be fashionable, but still connected. Zazzi is a device that can be worn as a ring, pendant or bracelet; the technology keeps you connected to your mobile device, providing various notifications, but also looks pretty.

To put it simply, she said, “Zazzi is interchangeable smart jewelry.” We wrote previously about Zazzi here.

Tomlinson is now launching an Indiegogo project to push production of Zazzi, which she told Más Wired is now available to be plated in rose gold and silver. She said that crowdfunding offers the opportunity to allow more people to opt-in at an affordable price.

“I’ve seen so many women with their keys, purse and phone all at once, in their hands, because they don’t want to miss a call or text,” Tomlinson said, noting that the idea behind Zazzi is discretion, so stayed connected to your mobile device isn’t a disruption.

“This will help us stay focus on our in person conversations with others without turning on and looking at our phones.”

Tomlinson is hopeful to reach her fundraising goal so that she can begin production right away, perhaps even create more accessories. Her goal is to grow Zazzi and continue to create a line of fashionable wearables that will become part and parcel of our tech-saturated lives.
