All Submissions are subject to these Terms. Más Wired is under no obligation to post or use any Submission and may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.
By making a Submission, you represent and warrant that your Submission is true, your own original work, and does not infringe any other person’s or entity’s rights, and that you and any other person mentioned or shown in your Submission release any and all claims concerning Más Wired’s or its designees’ use, modification or distribution of the Submission or any part thereof. You must own all rights, including copyright, to your Submission, and must hold all necessary releases concerning the contents of your Submission. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, your disclosure of any Submission.
In addition, you grant to Más Wired and its affiliates and licensees, without compensation or accounting to you or others, the non-exclusive, transferrable, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to copy, reproduce, incorporate, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, synchronize with other works, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise use all User Materials and/or Submissions for any purpose throughout the world in any format or media (whether now know or hereafter created) for the duration of any copyright or other rights in such content, and such permission may not be revoked for any reason. To the extent permitted under applicable law, you waive and release and covenant not to assert any moral rights that you may have in any User Materials and/or Submissions posted by you. By posting such User Materials and/or Submissions on the Site, you represent to Más Wired that you own or have the right to use and permit Más Wired to use such content in the manner stated above. You agree not to post any photographs or text that belongs to any person other than yourself or that contains the name, voice or likeness of any person other than yourself unless you first obtain permission to do so from that person. If you identify yourself by name or provide a picture or audio or video recording of yourself, you further authorize Más Wired and its affiliates and licensees (without compensation to you or others) to reproduce, print, publish and disseminate in any format or media (whether now known or hereafter created) your name, voice and likenesses for any purpose throughout the world, and any such permission cannot be revoked for any reason.
