Terms of Use

Since some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. This limitation of liability shall be to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13) Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by, and will be construed under, the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law principles, and all laws, regulations, ordinances and treaties of the United States of America, regarding intellectual property. You irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in or for Bexar County, in the State of Texas, U.S.A., to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms, as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning these Terms. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to these Terms, Más Wired, the Site or its Content must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action shall be barred. You agree that, if the terms of this Agreement are not specifically enforced, we will be irreparably damaged, and therefore you agree that we shall be entitled, without bond, other security or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect any breach(es), in addition to any other available remedies.
